    Not too sure about that Jan he is still young enough to feed from his mother even though he has been depleting our fish stocks. The mother must be very stressed as they only have one at a time after a 9 month pregnancy and she would be the sole acting parent. Still not captured despite the best efforts of the RSPCA and Kent fire and rescue. If seen on land the number to ring is 0300 1234999.
