  Sadly I anticipate that this is another false dawn. There is no escaping the fact that the runway ends on the outskirts of Ramsgate and all flights pass directly at low level over the town. Any idea that a future major increase in traffic will be tolerated by the local populace seems quite literally pie in the sky.
