    Has David Foley moved away from Dover Chamber of Commerce...he was certainly introduced as Howard notes there as being from the wider sounding Thanet & East Kent Chamber.

    Kevin's post 16 sums it up for me too. Promise of new dawns etc but heard it all before. Yet the potential is there. Sad.
