  as for the death penalty, i will never be convinced of bringing this back.
  
  
  as for teachers, yes now its gone to far the other way where compensation claims comes before everything else.

  on the issue of offenders, im afraid i dont wash the idea that someone who has had a bad childhood, should therefore be shown more sympathy if they hurt some one else, far to often that is used as an excuse.
