quite right john i am having problems trying not to visualise tom in this article of apparel.

It could be held outside Harbour House,,,,,,,where a prize could be presented

As with the comments under the link in #4, I am a little too tall to suit this one size fits 'all' garment...pity, but there it is.
The men of Dover should think seriously about their summer beach attire...if only to bring in the gawpers.
