  How long before it returns, the way things are heading in this area I would say not many more years time, the Folkestone Road and the Clarendons are fast becoming the slums of Dover, and the planning dept still do not listen to what is said, they still let the larger houses be converted into flats, one was passed the other day in Clarendon Place, objections put forward re: the parking problems in that area, according to plans there is ample room for parking, and so the plans were passed
