    i am loathe to blame the bin men for the mess that is left behind after they have done their collection.

    if all rubbish is wrapped and secured properly, put out on the right day, then this would not happen.

    the street cleaners come around the day after the rubbish is collected, which is a good thing.

    i was in the london road yesterday and noticed that a lot of bags had been got at by wild life (the animal kind), must have been out there for some time.
