I am glad I am not on the Cabinet,because if Vic has his way Paul has got to stab them in the back,now having spent 18mths in opposition and serving as a Cllr I think that most of the Cabinet are working hard,and know what they are doing,the officers are having a hard time,and I am sure they are on the ball,although I do despair when you or I contact them and get no response,there is always a good excuse,and one is a complete waste of effort,it has been covered on here before so I will not repeat that, but generally the Officers are hard working and with a heavy workload are trying to do a good job,yes it is slow at times.
