    Hullo me old mate .Pity you were not at cabinet today I disagreed with the proposed recommendation s twice .Your mates were there so heard what I said and I even had my vote recorded.Not lost the edge .Nigel was very quiet.I certainley prolonged the debate on what they thought would go through un challenged.I even brought up the subject of vast sums of money being spent on projects when i could do with the money to do more houses and shop fronts up .Chief Excutive had to come in at that point .
