  Sue - please stop patronising us by telling us either we don't understand what you do or that you do such a fabulous job......if you like the work, suck it up and get on with it. You are accountable to the people, try to remember that - all the people, not just a select few who you like and get on with. I am sure you do, in reality, do a good job, we just don't need to be forever hearing it. The evidence should be out there........
  
  I cannot imagine Paul W means he won't post again - it appears Chris P was just raising a legitimate question, so surely he cannot have taken umbrage over that? I don't know him personally but he always appears much more robust than that!!!
