    I know a million and one aways round it, but why should I have to divert every day for months on end wasting hours of my time ??!!!

    As someone commented on Facebook, how can Japan rebuild its road infrastucture in mere months when the Highways Agency can't even sort out a couple of bits for a bridge on the main road into Dover in 6 months or more ???????
