    The new M&S better be sited as the anchor store for the DTIZ and not - NOT! - at Whitfield; if it's the latter then Dover town centre is truly, totally f***ed.

    And it would probably signal the death knell for Deal's M&S too (and ergo, Deal's buzzy town centre), if Planet Whitfield gets the nod.

    Our 'authorities' seriously owe it to Dover town centre. Anything else, then, well, turn out the lights and let the sea swallow Dubris up once and for all.
