  You only have to ask Roger or myself re DMC .
  
  It is not a secret society .I have previously stated the aims of the charity and the very good work it does for the elderly within our community .
  
  We have Mcabe ,Ford and Williams who do a splendid job in managing our financial affairs and the accounts are audited by another firm on an annual basis .
  
  
  Smith Wooley and Perry oversee our property portfolio and give advice when to sell and not to sell .
  
  DMC has a Management Board of Trustees .Four of which are appointed by DDC .
  Roger ,Cllr Jim Hood ,Cllr Smallwood and myself
  Mr Bryan Cope ,County member is the Chairman .
  The rev David Ridley and Bob Tant are another two .
  
  There are three more trustees
  
  Day to day work is overseen by a paid Generasl Manager and she is excellent .We also have a Sheltered Housing Manager who looks after the needs of our residents and an Admin Officer .
  
  All above board no nasty secrets .
  
  Perhaps some of you would care to look round our excellent facilities
  
  MCD are a business .Do you all want to look into the affairs od Dot Perkins ,MS .
  KFC,Smiths etc .I think not .There are no secrets
  Its not public money
