  With the Boot Charity, my understanding is that different schools are chosen each year and then vouchers are given to the school as they know the deserving children who need (but can't afford) new shoes/trainers.
  
  They can't use the capital (in the account) but do use the interest to buy shoes or vouchers.
  
  I don't know how many vouchers the money bought.
  
  Gorley House is going to cost hundreds of thousands of pounds - to improve the living conditions of their residents.
