    I am a Trustee of the Muncipal Charities of Dover, so are a few other Councillors.

    I do not consider that I have no scruples Sid and the inference of brown envelopes is offensive.

    Without giving confidential information about MCD, they now own very few properties along London Road.

    Those they do own, are either operating businesses; in the process of being sold (commercial properties are not their core business), or in talks to have them turned into residential.

    I believe there is one, maybe two empty shops they own there and they have been made aware of the local concern about the state of it/them and they are looking to do them up (internally as well as externally), sell them off/offer short term tenancies on them.
