Harry - I saw the crowdfunding link on Dover History Pages Facebook, shared by Anthony Reid. Perhaps he's one of the volunteers? The lady who set up the crowdfunding page, D. Cook, also mentioned Anthony in the section "When will supporters see the difference?" saying that "Time frame unknown, but I know Anthony will keep us updated through Facebook or the mills website."
