Low flying plane

  first time i have had time to post since last week
  but did anyone see the extra low plane come over dover / folkestone about 4pm last thursday the 1st september ?

  i ddnt see tha plane, but have to sayover past year or so i have noticed quite an increase in low flying planes in the skys

  Yes there has been a number of low flying planes recently. Here is one of them cutting in low over the cliffs.

  It was a C47 troop carrier it past about 4 times along the front.

  Ah so thats what it was Alan, thanks for that, I saw it going by several times but found it very hard to get a good picture as the light was right behind it. Wondered why it was going up and down the coast..
  
  Today they have been doing those helicopters and spitfire runs. The spitfire pilot was being quite spectacular today, doing several loop de loops just west of Dover Harbour. Climbing into the sky looping over then falling...looked dangerous from where I am but Im sure he knew what he was doing.
