No it’s not a case of being “ lazy or tight fisted “ When Some Drivers like Eastern Europeans are only on around £200 a wk then it starts getting too expensive ,We are on a good wage but if my partener had to shell out around a ton + a wk then we d feel the pinch ,KCC should be making lay-bys like they have in France ,Spain etc ,It’s them that’s tight-fisted & lazy
