  I am with Virgin, I wonder if the rain caused the problem for me. We had unplugged the router several times unless it was not off long enough of cause.
  
  The computer seems to be working OK still, just waiting now for my grandson to get home from Sandwich Tech to complain that I unplugged the Xbox.
  
  Computers are a great source of information and entertainment............ when they are working properly.
