  in 2011 dover has cetainly changed a bit on the retail front anyone add to the following
  opened closed

  Mascarada fancy dress and clothes alterations opened London Road
  
  Computer shop next to us opened................Phillips and Drew moved to London Road with a new name.
  
  Chinese food shop moved from Charlton Centre to old Dover Express office

  I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

  New cycle shop opened on Bench Street
  The new shop in the former Flagship pub
  New coffee house next to the White Cliffs Hotel
  The place on the pier appears to open now !!
  Car hire place moved to Woolcomber Street

  that was how it was brian, look what is being sold there now - the shop is packed to the rafters with goodies of all sorts.

  The Carpathian restaurant closed and Cinnamom Island took its place ( and became the best Indian restaurant in Dover in my opinion )
