  The title usually refers to a deep hole dug into the earth in the African bush, it has another meaning here!

  I heard someone else on the radio this morning describing loos in Amsterdam (I think) where the doors are completely clear, only when you lock them do the turn opaque

  Imagine having had a few too many and then seeing that dirty great hole.

  Maybe a similar idea could sort out our lack of public toilets problem and what to do with The Grand Shaft in one go!
