    Re the banners I was cc'd on a message a few days before the deadline so didn't have any opportunity to look into it:

    "You may be aware that DDC had various lamppost brackets and banners installed for the Olympic and Paralympic Period throughout Dover. These banners are due to be removed at the end of September however; there is the opportunity for the brackets to remain if an organisation wishes to opt into a scheme whereby you purchase the banners for a cost of £99 per banner (if booked before 30th September) and £135 per banner (if booked after 30th September). Unfortunately, there is not an option to purchase your own banners. The new banners would be installed at the end of September when the old ones are removed.

    The scheme is run by Bay Media, who have confirmed that the brackets and banners remain the property of Bay Media throughout the scheme. I am unsure of the exact details of the agreement with Bay Media if you choose to opt into the scheme.

    DDC will not be taking part in the scheme, but if you are interested in these banners, I can put you in contact with the representative at Bay Media so that you can liaise directly with them going forward. I will need a response by Wednesday 19th September if you are interested. "
