  Howard - a second hand furniture shop has just opened near to the Eagle, the houses opposite the Doctors surgeries are technically on the High Street as London road starts by the Eagle. Those flats are a perennial problem on the whole being let to unsocial (sorry social) tenants, who generally seem to do the merry go round of places where landlords are prepared to let to social tenants, often visited by the boys in blue because of alleged drug dealing etc.
