  Howard or Paul Im no good at Post and Paste .If you look up the agenda for the Joint Transport Board 2nd December page 144/145 you will see where all salt bins are located .
  
  In River if we require additional salt bions we have to pay for them .So in Dover its the DTC .
  Hope this helps .
  
  Then its up to residents to phone in wehen the bins are empty .
