There are probably many more stakeholders than 4 Simon; would suggest DDC, DTC, DHB and possibly Leaf Hotels could be the main 4.
No one has said that these stakeholders WOULD give £7,500, but until you make up a business-plan, you don't know do you ?
You are a business-man Simon, you know there are not people standing on the street-corners waving £50 notes saying I want to give you money - you have to work at it: creating and presenting a good business-plan, must be the first step.
I'll work on the office space if you decide to run with this.
Credibility (of the applicant) as you have stated, will only be determined by the Town Team, so anyone who is out of favour will not get a look in. I wish the potential applicant well, as he will have to have passion for the Town, the respect of local businesses and an appreciation of what is needed.
Have you given any thought as to why there is such negativity Simon. David doesn't help with such negative and insulting posts he makes on Dover Locals (can't help UKIP's cause either).
