  having done a little more homework on the above issue i can confirm the following;
  
  
  
  1' the local tories it looks like are hoping it will all go quiet and mr frost issue will
  go away, best advice i can give is that thwe sooner they can come to a decision the sooner it will go away
  2; with regard to the smoke screen put up by mr watkins and his libel comment
  if mr elliott has been misquoted by the local media thn he realy should have
  taken this up with them some time ago, his comments were clear.
  
  3; i wont be silenced by mr watkins who has from time to time attempted to do so
  and never has it happened but nice try paulw
  
  4; the county tories were to have the agm and elect its leader on the 21st
  they have since decided to hold a special meeting on the 14th oct
  so i paulw was correct,but my info was correct at time of writing but has
  since been updated which is fine
  
  
  none of this gets away from the smokescreen by mr watkins of the troubles within the local conservative parties at district and county levels
