    As some will know returned to the UK after an industrial injury whilst collecting a load in Germany,requiring surgery. The sorry saga started when my own surgery did not want to see me but told me to go to the William Harvey in Ashford.Three cancelled ops later i finally received the required operation on Saturday a whole 7 days after the accident.Did the op work and was it a success?I dont know i never saw the surgeon.discharged late Monday afternoon i queried what to do about dressing changes and painkillers told to contact my own surgery on Tuesday, earliest apointment is on Friday and for the practice nurse its next Monday. Just toadd insult to injury they called today i was out at the time, demanding to know why i havent made an appointment yet for a check up as i am now 60yrs old. The practice is in St James street.
