  When all is said and done, this is part and parcel of a system geared-up to suit the Political Partys. Although staggering elections does help to keep the fortunes of the Partys in the news and on the mind of the electorate. [I am rapidly running out of guff and puff]
  
  Over the years it is often said that the Conservatives are very good at getting their people out and voting...so further cause for concern there then.
