    Four leaflets came through the door in Priory, from the Conservative candidates. Plus a booklet explaining how AV would work.

    The latter explains that Parliament must first approve a change to the constituency boundaries before any change in election methods could be introduced, and that this could take between 1 and 3 years.

    So if the populace votes "yes" in May, and there were a General Election in June, the av would not be applied.

    I am expecting to hear the chorus from Keith: ...the cobbled together government...
