    As the big date approaches spare a thought for the dear old residents of Clacton in
    Essex. Their Tories aren't the brightest blues or sharpest knives in the drawer. Campaigning in the local elections, the Cons declared: "Tendring Needs Change". Quite so. Except the same Tories advocating change have run the council for two years. Doh!

    So perhaps we should count our blessings in Dover..it's only Vic that has no idea what policies he is standing for,which party ,if any he represents,and what he'll do when he becomes a supreme leader and numero uno.
