I actually bumped into Henning this morning coming out of the Citizen's Advice Bureau in Deal where he has been having help filling in the 85 page application for a document certifying permanent residence - form EEA(PR). He was worried that he might be thrown out of the U.K. post Brexit so doesn't want to risk buying property until he has some sort of guarantee he will be allowed to stay here.
I told him not to be so bloody stupid and that it was a great shame he and hundreds of others, taken in by Project Fear, were clogging up CABs up and down the country unnecessarily, plus he didn't look affluent enough to live in Deal anyway.
