Funny you should should say that Al as there are plans to give fly tippers community service to clear waste dumped by others, much the same thing really.

I wonder if the cctv camera on the side of Halifax was working at the time, though from recollection the quality of the images does more to hide the perpetrators identity.

Hmmmmm I've seen that in South street in Deal pretty sad to think there is some ageing punk rocker dawdling about the district scrawling " the clash " all over bus stops and walls??????
