All this will do is turn the public to post office banking I will never bank on line or pay bills,I had a email from a company that I owe a small amount to telling me I can only pay on line not by post ,I emailed back no post bill no payment easy as that and I have not heard back ,all I put in the email was please send bill by post ,then they emailed back we do not do that now.
We pay 95%of bills like Gas,TV,etc by paypoint been that way for some years I get back a record of payment which I keep end of story
