"Does the welfare bill need cutting?"
-Just what are the areas of Welfare commonly lumped together when the 'gross' figures are banded about?
-What is 'need'?
-Why 'cutting' and not reallocating or realigning?
Why no straight push for job creation. Now, wouldn't that be a wondrous thing, reducing the Benefits bill by increasing the numbers in work?
Surely risking malnutrition to save pennies here might end up costing many Pounds elsewhere?
