One of the reasons so many have to live off £53 a week ie 16-24, or £73 a week - over 24 - is because the economy is centralised and effectively controlled by the Cabinet and its advisers (clearly failed people), and because it is globalised too, having been turned upside down in the process.
This is particularly Britain's case, and has a lot to do with the EU as well.
Currently we have a Tiny Global Village situation, where the Government considers the 22% unemployed youth in Britain as a tiny drop in the ocean, while no authority at local level has any permission or financial power to do anything about it.
Basically, if we look left, all we see is the Cabinet ministers making every (wrong) decision while holding the reigns of the economy.
If we look right, all we see are the (failed) bankers and the corporations and the container ships coming from China.
We are ruled by clowns and jokers! See the Chancellor as an example!
