  Switched on the box after returning home this morning to be confronted by a sunny shot of Dover.
  
  Daybreak TV are giving live news reports on the strike action from the entrance to Dover East. Strike apart Dover looks beautiful.. must admit half expected a certain limping forumite to pop up on screen ..

  Saw Cllr Kevin Mills on TV outside the Border Agency place in St John's Road.

  does anyone know the situation regarding school closures, i heard that practically all in deal are closed.

  Christchurch Academy (Archers Court) is closed, the grammar schools are open with reduced staff and most others are open.
  Politics, it seems to me, for years, or all too long, has been concerned with right or left instead of right or wrong.
