Yes indeed complete madness Jan. I have pictures somewhere of it flowing freely during the large anti prison rally there. At the very crowded rally were Paul Watkins, Nigel Collor, Gwyn Prosser and so on and so on, TV crews, media moguls, and none of 'em fell in the fountain!!
