I can understand why they are not doing my area but Aycliffe doesn't have the same parking problems as far as I know.
This evening's Lions one is cancelled due to the weather.

Indeed and I watch every year the struggle to get out of Longfield road into mine then they struggle again to get into Clarendon Street or Place so not surprised the Fire persons have pulled the plug.

I suppose Clarendon area in the 1st post means more the Maxton area?

The Lions float appears to be smaller than KF & R so can do most of Maxton and the Clarendons without too much trouble. Mount Road is out though as by evening cars are parked on the pavement there even though there are loads of garages mostly filled with furniture and stuff.

may be its due to the road works between ayclffe roundabout and gloster ropewalk.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.
