Well let's try this one out:
as we're talking of improving Western Heights, how's about devising a plan-of-work to remove, or rather cover over, all offensive graffiti on the Ancient Scheduled Monument?
One can't scrub it off cement walls with a brush, and probably from doors neither.
However, it is manageable, doesn't require great expenses, and possibly a project in this sense could be presented to DDC and to English Heritage.
It could be a starting point among a couple of possible proposals to promote the Heights.
Could this be among the proposals to be taken up at a future meeting concerning Western Heights? It could promote the local image to the public visiting the area.
