    Paul, the phrase you pasted is exactly the same as the one I pasted.
    With the same quotation commas in place!

    As Keith says, it's in the reading. It has the term "the two key sites", which evidently are the two key sites to the 6,000 houses. These two key sites are W.H. and Farthingloe, as the phrase states.

    So it would seem that these two areas had been ear-marked for thousands of houses.
    What DDC have NOT stated during the public consultation in 2012, is that in the future there would be no further development of houses on W.H and Farthingloe if the CGI proposals were to go through.

    For this reason, if the CGI proposal went ahead and were approved, we could expect to see more progressive house-building in these two areas in the future.
