  Whilst you might wish to misquote others on the forum, i realy don't wish to enter into a long drawn out tit for tat postings.
  
  At no point have you raised a view as to how you feel the westrn heights could be financed should you wish on no developement ever come to anything.
  
  Even with the developement any getting some of there dosh your correct it wont cover the whole area, but surely thats better than doing nothing isnt it??
  
  If you have major alterative plans then i would love to hear them, and hope to be convinced.
  planting a few trees, doing a bit of gardening, growing a few veggies, tidying a bit of an area up, wont solve the bigger problems the western heights has.
