Howard, it's unfortunate that you think building 700 houses in Farthingloe and 80 odd houses in Braddon will put an end to damage on former military sites on Western Heights.

How would these houses located in Farthingloe and in Braddon (there are houses in Braddon and in Knights Templars) prevent someone from damaging, say, the Drop Redoubt, or some stretch of wall in the moat?
If your logic were water-tight, then in theory the houses that are in Braddon and other neighbourhoods on W.H. would have already prevented acts of damage.

At the end of the day, the only way to control an area is by patrolling it. Building 700 houses in Farthingloe and 80+ in Braddon does not have this effect.

I tried figuring out how it could, and imagined a house flying from Farthingloe over the Drop Redoubt and chasing off a person intent on graffiti, and then frightening away two people from a remote stretch of moat a mile away...but alas...
