  Thank you Howard for acknowledging that the Western Heights are a national monument not just Dover's.
  
  Perhaps one day, when it is not too late, DDC/DTC etc will acknowledge that fact too.
  
  As Paul pointed out there is an excellent report on the site, the main areas of interest are the recommendations from page 172 onwards.
