I recently had a dental appointment with Mt. Toh at his Priory st. surgery.(Privately) He noticed a small growth on my face and suggested it might be a "rodent ulcer" and I should have it checked out. I saw my GP, (Locum) Dr. Khan at Peter St. surgery who referred me to Kent & Canterbury hospital. I was given an appointment within a week and I saw a consultant (Dr. Birnie) yesterday who reassured me that the growth wasn't a "rodent ulcer" but could have turned out to be something nasty if it hadn't been discovered earlier. He gave me a good examination as I have several small growths on my body ( old age) that need seeing to in the future. All this was done in three weeks and feel that I received great treatment from the NHS which has been getting a bad press lately especially Canterbury hospital. Thank you NHS.
