    It could, I suppose, be sold. Then at least if there were any health ramifications the sufferer could act against the retailer.

    Who is it that can be said to be in need of a Spag-Bol or a Lasagne?

    What is really being thrown away here? Is it not the 'responsibility' that is the thing authorities are at pains to dump?

    That any of this 'food' is fit for human consumption is a matter of opinion, no better way to back-up that opinion than for those of that opinion to consume the stuff themselves.

    The core issue is not one of 'criminal gangs', but of some who insist on high profits dumping this demand onto those who merely wish to, or indeed must, turn a shilling.
