  Yes, there is a lesson to be learned Howard. Volunteers are always the best source for any work, the main reason being, they do it because they like doing it, and get satisfaction out of it as opposed to someone being paid for doing it. And in many cases, do a better job. This is what has made the many preserved railways etc, such a huge multi-million pound success. Most would not exist without them.
