What Jan says is I'm sure very true.
I was a little surprised to see that an "untouchable" had reached the dizzy heights of a Practice Manager, but then this is Britain where anyone can rise (through their own merits) to any height.
He wouldn't have been able to do that in India.
If it is true, then the firm should be punished severely, but they will lie and cheat as much as is necessary to get out of paying up. Even a law firm will try to prove they are not at fault by being dishonest.
I hope the Tribunal finds the truth, or there is an out of court settlement.
