India is one of the most class riddled countries in the world, much the same as we were over a hundred years ago, I can well believe the couples allegations.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

What Jan says is I'm sure very true.
I was a little surprised to see that an "untouchable" had reached the dizzy heights of a Practice Manager, but then this is Britain where anyone can rise (through their own merits) to any height.
He wouldn't have been able to do that in India.
If it is true, then the firm should be punished severely, but they will lie and cheat as much as is necessary to get out of paying up. Even a law firm will try to prove they are not at fault by being dishonest.
I hope the Tribunal finds the truth, or there is an out of court settlement.

I was in India a couple of years ago in a village a couple of hours outside Amritisar...even there in the depths of a small town where most didn't have the proverbial pot to *iss in..the caste system was alive and well. Untouchables..mind you as a visiting Raj.....haha.I had the life of riley. But joking aside it's a part of their life that has seeped over here. That is wrong. When over here adopt our ways. I had to respect theirs when I was in India.
