    In short cars regularly park there and on the other side of the road when they arrive back late Saturday evening(double yellows), the idea being that they are not parked dangerously or causing an obstruction which is true and they will move them the following day. Unfortunately for them attendants turn up at breakfast time on the Sunday knowing that they will have easy pickings and have added today to the list.

    My main complaint is that we never see attendants during the week when delivery vehicles and the local bus are hampered by obstructive and selfish parking.
