    Having given up drinking beer etc many years ago I have over the pass two years drink less coffee and tea.
    Coffee out of it might have one now again.
    Tea is hard to give up but down to about two a day.
    They have been replaced by water and Cranberry drink .
    As you get older you need to look after the inner person more we all know tea and coffee are not that good for us.
    But water is the best once you get in the habit of drinking it more the better it is.
    First thing in the morning to glass full of cold water and then carry on the rest of the day with water and my cranberry drink but I do have two mugs of tea . We always at night take water to bed so when we wake up in the night a small drink of water will help you to relax better.
    Also fruit is part of our every day food just had some now ,no red meat anymore .pork, and chicken ,ham, but do have corn beef ,and haslet very low cost .Ice cream must say we have lots of that .But over all we feel a lot better for it and it helps to keep the food bill down.
    But you must give up smoking and drinking as you get older in the end it will beat you there are no + to smoking we all died in the end but smoking will help that day to come closer
